Gucci kicks off the summer season by introducing the Gucci Lido 2024 collection. Inspired by Italy’s charming beach clubs, the collection is created by creative director Sabato De Sarno and captured through the vivid photography of Anthony Seklaoui.
The campaign showcases vibrant poolside and underwater scenes, filled with color and motion, embodying the lively spirit of summer. This season’s resort and swimwear pieces blend style and comfort, ensuring they look good and feel great.
Classic handbags like the Gucci Jackie and GG Marmont get a fresh update with new textures such as straw-effect raffia, making them perfect for a stylish summer adventure. These reinvented designs reflect the relaxed elegance of seaside living.
Featuring a diverse model lineup, the Gucci Lido campaign highlights Betty Schupp, Camille Rowe, Gabriele Gherardi, He Cong, Jiahui Zhang, and Victoria Fawole in both images and videos.
The collection’s accessories pop with neon accents, capturing the dynamic energy of coastal resorts. To enhance this appeal, Gucci plans pop-up stores in luxury spots around the world, including Porto Cervo, Capri, the Hamptons, and Saint-Tropez.
Riccardo Zanola’s artistic direction, paired with chic styling by Alastair McKimm, creates a striking visual narrative. The beauty aspects, including makeup by Thomas De Kluyver and hair by Shay Ashual, add the final touch to this vibrant collection.
